wonderful hotel experience!
immaculate cleanliness helpful assistance convenient location
i loved the immaculate cleanliness and beautiful decoration throughout the hotel. the staff offered helpful assistance (they always had a smile!). the location proved to be very convenient for accessing various attractions.
the luggage drop-off area being located on the side of the road felt a bit unsafe. it seemed particularly challenging for families with a lot of luggage to manage everything smoothly.

the hotel has a dark restaurant offering a buffet. there are two juice options alongside a limited selection of western dishes available (it's more focused on japanese cuisine).

FANTASTIC stay!
24hr gym spacious room
The hotel location IS near DenDen town! It's in a nice part of the city. I ALSO loved the 24hr gym and the room because it was clean and spacious.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities
convenient location excellent gym spacious room easy access
This hotel became my favorite during my trip. the location near dotonbori and a short walk to shinsaibashi was excellent. namba station provided easy access to umeda. the gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. The laundry facilities were convenient. the rooms were spacious, providing plenty of room to move.
The soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear trains outside. also, the bathroom lacked a fan, and a slight odor came from the drain.

A lawson convenience store is just across the street. Family mart stores are also very close. i could easily grab a quick breakfast and eat it in my room! this added convenience for quick meals.

My room featured a separated bedroom and living space. It included barstools at the counter. the corner unit gave me a nice view of nippombashi from above. It was surprisingly quiet. the room size was ideal.

bad smell compact room
The room was spacious enough and met my basic expectations.
The bathroom drain had a really bad smell. It was noticeable every time I entered the bathroom. There was no fan in the bathroom. The room felt quite compact and uncomfortable. Marks on the walls.

I had some minor issues . The breakfast options felt limited, especially for someone seeking a wider variety. I also found the lighting in the hallways to be a bit dim, which gave them a somewhat unwelcoming feel. The lack of brighter lighting made navigating the corridors a bit challenging.

we traveled with our little boy. we wanted to stay in a family friendly hotel. the service was good, and the staff were always friendly and had great suggestions. they helped us find super markets to buy baby stuff. there is also a nice and clean playroom for children on the 5th floor. top marks for that i give

useful machine daily cleaning comfortable cot
The room had a washing machine with detergent. This was very useful. cleaning services came every day. the hotel provided a baby cot and it was comfortable.
the restaurant seemed kind of dark and choices at the buffet were limited.
